As part of usual business practice if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not be processed/approved by us we shall cancel the order .we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order only in your store wallet in the form of store credit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

- To be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original and the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with product tags intact and with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the total amount of your order only in your store wallet in the form of store credit. Store credit can be used to purchase products at our online store. Store credit will be auto deducted from your cart amount during checkout and you have to only pay the balance amount with the available modes of payment.
- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage of items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
