SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are subjected to product availability.Products ordered through website for delivery within India are shipped through our courier partner if the delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service to the desired location we shall not be able to processed the order. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we can not guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.
At Look, we provide Standard delivery to any address within India. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. Delivery outside India is Currently Unavailable.
You may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation with shipment tracking number will be sent to you for all orders once shipped. For any kind of changes in your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing an order. Once processed, the order cannot be cancelled. If you are not contacted by our Support team within 24 hours, please call us at our contact number provided in contact page.
An estimated delivery time will be provided via email to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the shipping date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Standard Courier Option is available for all orders.
Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery if nobody is present at the shipping address to receive the package at first attempt. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
TARIFFS, TAXES & DUTIES
Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
For all orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per the country’s governing laws in order.
CASH ON DELIVERY
All products are sent to your door-steps via standard courier service. Cash will be collected at your door step. Invoice will be dispatched with the product. Cash on delivery charges may applicable.
MODE OF PAYMENTS AND CHARGES
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, UPI, Digital Wallets, Internet Banking, Credit and Debit cards such as MasterCard, VISA etc. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers. If your selected payment mode is online payment gateway, then there is not charge. For cash on delivery facility you may be charged for each item on flat rate basis.
Store Credits are provided to you against cancellation of an order requested by you in your store wallet. It may be equivalent to cancelled order amount excluding any shipping or other charges. Store credit can be used to purchase products at our online store. Store credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account. You can also add or purchase store credit with our online payment facility, store credit equivalent to transaction amount will be added to your store wallet. These credits can be used to purchase products at our online store, order amount that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
